Donna Ferrara passed away surrounded by her family at Aurora Sherman Hospital, in Elgin,
Illinois, on February 22, 2024. Donna was 86 years of age.

Donna was born on August 23, 1937, to Elmer and Winifred Snyder of Chicago, Illinois.
Throughout her life, Donna was curious and independent, always taking the road less traveled.
Donna married Florean Ferrara, and had their only child Michael. She loved her family, animals,
and nature. Over the years, she fostered over 40 dogs. Her favorite was the family dog, Charlie
Brown.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Florean Ferrara and Brother-in-Law, Robert (Bob)
Renz. She is survived by son, Michael Ferrara (Dawn), granddaughter Jennifer (Mitch) Johnson,
grandsons Michael Ferrara, Jr., and Matthew Ferrara, great grandaughters Kayleigh and
Hannah Johnson, sisters Jane Renz and Patricia Synder, nieces Jill (Steve) Berlinski, Bobi
(Dave) Siembieda, nephew Matt (Vicki) Renz along with many great nieces and nephews.

An intimate memorial service for the family will be held at a later date
