George Lomas, born August 5, 1944, passed away January 23, 2025, after a lifetime of seeing what will happen next and having a good laugh at it. You could never tell him a story that would surprise him, but you could always tell him a story that he would enjoy listening to.  That sparkle in his eye let you know that he was smart and sassy as well as kind and generous.

George was born in Boston, MA and raised his family in Wrentham, MA. George dedicated his working career to General Motors in Framingham, MA and his spare time to moving the front door so often that visitors would have to call ahead to find out what door to knock on.

George is survived by his three children, John Lomas, Peter Lomas and Nancy Bildir, their spouses, Bruce Nobil and Barlas Bildir and three grandchildren, Curtiss Briggs, Axel Bildir and Ayla Bildir.

He showed the world what a better place looks like, and we were watching.
