On Monday, January 4, 2021, James Henry Gottmann passed away at the age of 76 after over a year-long battle with pancreatic cancer.

Jim was born on December 9, 1944 to Henry and Eleanor (nee Chisholm) Gottmann in Chicago.  He is survived by his three children, Alisa, Jim (Ruth), and Elizabeth, and three grandchildren, Nicholas Aguinaga, and Brandon and Jackson Gottmann.

Jim will be forever remembered for his humor, love of fishing and motorcycles, and his service to our county in the Marine Corps.
