January 18, 1945 – January 28, 2022

Jasmina Minic passed away peacefully in her Schaumburg home, with her children by her side, on 1/28/22 at the age of 77.

Jasmina was the loving mother of Zoran Minic (Michelle) and Christina Minic; and the loving grandmother of Dahlia Minic.  She was also the proud fur-grandmother to Boo Boo and CeeLo who loved her tremendously.

Jasmina was born and raised in former Yugoslavia and immigrated to Chicago, IL with her husband at the age of 32 where she raised her two children, Zoran and Christina.  She taught herself the English language and proudly became an American citizen shortly after settling in the United States.  She spent most of her career in healthcare, helping others in various care-taking roles.

Jasmina will be remembered for her strong personality, blunt honesty, sense of humor, generosity, and love of coffee and stuffed animals.

If you were lucky enough to know Jasmina, you loved her… She will be missed dearly by all.
