John Conrardy passed away peacefully on February 19, 2026, at the age of 60.

Born on June 25, 1965, John was adopted from Korea by Ginny Conrardy (Malter) and the late Bill Conrardy, who welcomed him into a lively and loving family. He grew up as one of nine children—fondly called their "full baseball team"—with his siblings Debra, Jill, Tim, Pat, Stacie, Matthew, Lisa, and Will. Their home on Stanley Avenue in Park Ridge was filled with noise, laughter, teamwork, and strong family bonds that shaped John throughout his life.

John attended Maine East High School and later worked for many years as a dedicated employee of FedEx. Life presented John with difficult challenges after he suffered two serious strokes that took his mobility. Even so, his spirit remained strong. His sharp mind, quick humor, and gentle nature never left him. He faced these hardships with courage and grace, inspiring all who knew him.

John had a deep love for his family and took pride in staying connected (director of gossip) to those he cared about. He was known for his humor, his kind heart, and his lifelong devotion to the Chicago Cubs. Whether he was cheering on his team or simply enjoying time with loved ones, John found happiness in being part of something bigger than himself.

John will be remembered for the special place he held in his family and for the love he gave so freely. He leaves behind countless memories of laughter, loyalty, and quiet strength. His memory will live on in the hearts of his mother; his brothers and sisters; his nieces and nephews; his friends; and the love of his life and devoted caretaker, Ann, who lovingly cared for John for the past ten years
