John William Elliott, 66 passed away on July 8, 2026, in Des Plaines, Illinois. Born on March 26,1960, in Elgin, Illinois, John led a life defined by dedication to his craft and the joys that enriched his days.

A skilled plumber and heating specialist, John was highly regarded for his expertise in working on boilers. His commitment to excellence and the quality of his work left a lasting impression on those he served. He will be fondly remembered by colleagues and clients alike.

Outside of his professional endeavors, John found joy in cheering for the Chicago Bears and the Chicago Cubs. He also had a deep appreciation for the timeless music of Elvis Presley, which brought him happiness and a connection with others who shared his passions.

John is survived by his daughter Katie Armstrong (Richard), his son Eric Elliott, (Kelly) and four grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings Kathy Werres (Bill), Paul Elliott (Betty), Michael Elliott (Kristy), and George Elliott Jr. He was predeceased by his parents, George Elliott Sr. and Ruth Ragan) as well as his grandparents.
