Peter W Sidor, Sr, 78, formerly of Gillett, WI, born May 19, 1943, passed away March 11, 2022.  He was the beloved husband and best friend for over 22 years of Laura, nee Johnson; loving father of Maribeth (Leroy) Van Dien, Peter Sidor, Jr, Dannille Sidor, Brittney (Joe) Morgan and Alex Aynessazian; cherished grandfather of Addyson and Westley; dear uncle and friend to many.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Peter G and Helen, brother Tom, sisters Grace and Rita, nephews Tom and Hubert, and his friend and ex-wife Dodie.

Pete is a veteran of the United States Air Force.  He worked in construction for over 20 years as a blaster.  In his spare time, Peter loved to fly R/C airplanes and was a member of the Blue Max R/C flying club in Buffalo Grove, IL for over 10 years.

Service and interment will be private.

A celebration of life will be held later, TBD.  In lieu of flowers, donations made to your local Humane Society or Animal Shelter would be appreciated.
