Regina V Fisher passed away on January 26, 2021 at the Golden age of 81.  Devoted mother of Richard E Talis who is married to Maria E Talis.  Loving daughter of Antonis Chmieziauskas and Rosalie Tolis.  Fond grandmother of Richard B Talis, Felicia V Talis, Nicole I Talis, Elizabeth M Talis, and Elisa M Talis.  Loving great grandmother of Haley Marie Talis, Victoria Jade Talis, Adam Bentlee Talis, David John Butler, Karson Lee Butler, and Loryn Hope Talis.  Dear sister of Diana Talis and Helen Talis.  Supporting aunt of Marc Gass.
